  December 28, 2021 - Mid-gold in the glass with a hint of pink - great colour. Very fine bead.
  
  A complex nose of peach, baked apple, lemon/lime sour, biscuits/bread, smoke, white pepper and minerals.
  
  A lovely mouth feel, nice tension, nervy, ultra dry, and a gentle spike - quite vinous and an oblivious pinot feel - very nice.
