  December 27, 2021 - Bottled in 2021. Bottle is open for 24 hours. Purple red colour, smells of raisins and in the background a little bit of smoke, full body, not very sweet for a port, smooth in the mouth, not hot/spirituous, in the mouth raisins and in the background a little bit of smoke and also a little bit of almonds, in the aftertaste raisins, smoke and acidity, very good length (45 sec). If it was a 10 Year Tawny, this would be a good port, but for a 20 Year Old Tawny it’s quite mediocre. I’m really glad this was on discount.
  In addition to this, the bulky show-off bottle is very unpractical. It doesn’t fit into any bottle cooler and only stands askew and bent forward in the bottle shelf of the fridge door.
