  December 25, 2021 - Decanted for approximately 2 hours. Purple back hue with glass staining beauty. This wine wine remains big and brooding with lots of dark chocolate, vanilla and baking spice and less oakiness than my last bottle. A great accompaniment to beef tenderloin. This wine is still going strong and should continue to do so for the next 5 years. Drink or hold.
