February 17, 2009 - Meesook's good bye and good luck dinner. Opened it 3 hours before serving it. I thought that 2004 Flor de Pingus would be better than this, but a half of us liked 1999 Poyferre better. It has real good balance and nice taste. Smell is not strong enough for me though (my nose did not work well because of USDA Prime beef). Anyway, we were happy and nicely drunken. What a happy dinner!
