  January 2, 2022 - Decanted for three hours. Flirts with perfection in every way. Romances you right out of the bottle with a grilled meat and crushed fruit nose that broadens on the palate to include iodine, blackberry jam, flowers and charcoal ash. Finishes with a touch of mint and vanilla. Gains weight and complexity in the glass. My gosh, this is delicious. And complex. For me, it’s a 100-point stunner. Drink now to 2030. Outstanding.
