  January 2, 2022 - Initially coiled and tense. Blanc de Blancs at its best always has this tightrope-walking character of power and tension and this is no exception. Nose of chalk, burnt lemon or orange zest, nut oil and a bit of baking spice. The palate's beautifully aligned with balanced acid, a deep and oily texture and a long, salty, nutty finish. Elegant and poised.
