  January 10, 2022 - Started out 96 at pop and pour. Decanted 3 hours and it lost some of it's early magic. I am convinced that some pinots have an early ephemeral stage that often whisps out quickly. A kind of sassafras, mint and rose powdery lightness that alights after a few minutes. Sipped it over 8 hours total and evolved nicely. 93 by the end.
