  February 22, 2009 - 2/18/09: Cloudy yellow color (note to sell to let stand a few hours): Nose of apple, creme brulee, hazel notes and brioche. This is a delicious wine with lots of leesiness, honey, baked bread, citrus and stone fruit. Almost full bodied, with great depth, balance and structure and long mineral laced finish.
