  January 16, 2022 - Medium yellow. Medium (+) intensity aromas of baked apple, honey, brioche, hint of red fruit, citrus. Fully developed. Creamy mouse, off dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium (+) intensity flavours similar to the nose. Long finish.
  Very good champagne, drinking very well now, great complexity from the extended time on lees (3 years+). This bottle disgorged in late 2017 according to the stamp, so probably based on 2012 or 13 vintage, and benefiting from 4+ additional years in the bottle post disgorgement. 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot noir, 10% Pinot Meunier.
