  January 18, 2022 - Served with venison tenderloin. PnP'd. Inky black and ripe dark fruit. Still quite balanced and drinking beautifully. A bit more refined than it was 10+ years ago but still outshines other cabs in its class. Sorry to see my last bottle gone but it was worthy of a special occasion.
