  January 22, 2022 - Enjoyable wine. Decanted for an hour before tasting. Still retaining some youthfulness with red and black fruit dominating the palate. Wine continued to improve over the next several hours. I would say no rush to drink, which is to my expectations. Will hold next bottle for 3 years to see how it develops.
