January 22, 2022 - Decanted in the morning, poured it back into the bottle 4 hours later and enjoyed it at dinner, but more time would have been even better. Nice interaction between oxidative notes and fruit (mainly curry, apple and lemon), mouth watering acidity, medium bodied and a very long finish. Already superb but will get even better with some more years in the cellar. Highly recommendable but unfortunately hard to get it here in Switzerland.
