  January 28, 2022 - Clear, Medium garnet/ruby. Aromas of dried red fruit and herbal notes of medium intensity. Bright cranberry and cherry on the palate. Plenty of acid and gentle tannins - medium minus body. A little bit of heat or bitterness on the persistent finish. 13.5%abv. 1005 cases produced. Good typicity and a deliciously good first impression of this winery located near the ocean in Cambria.
