February 26, 2009 - Had a bottle with dinner at an argentine steak house in Cuernavaca. Lots of red fruit aromas with a slightly sweet mouth; nothing overly complex. I didn't expect it to hold it's own against an 800 g piece of Bife de Chorizo (Ribeye Steak) but it had enough structure hold its own.
