Community Tasting Note

  January 16, 2022 - It's common to read in a tasting note the concept of a wine 'uncoiling' with age or air. I like to think of this wine 'coiling' with age, the underlying acid becoming more prominent with age and sharpening the edges of the always lovely white fruit. I found this to be a fantastic wine, a coiled beast. Excellent to Outstanding.
