  January 31, 2022 - Bought based on the notes from Cailles and Sirpat007. Opened two hours before serving with entrecote for lunch.
  Quintessentially Bordeaux, long finish and definitely punching above its weight.
  In an excellent phase right now.

  I really enjoyed the wine at lunch. We had the rest of the bottle for dinner and the wine had markedly declined by then. I still have three bottles and will probably drink them over the next five years with people that don't know about Clos Manou. Santé!
