  February 2, 2022 - Nose of sour plum, dry leaves, rose, tar and spice. Big mouth feel, rich fruit, good acid with complexity. Plum, rhubarb, some vegetal, finishes with eucalyptus, tobacco, white pepper and ash, with the tobacco being very prominent. Really interesting, savory, 24 year old that is excellent. Happy to have gotten this 6 months ago.
