Community Tasting Note

  • ChristoBretts Likes this wine: 91 points

February 2, 2022 - Decanted and drank over two days. Medium body. Nose a bit closed at first, dark fruit peeking through after a while. Dark fruit and wet rocks on the palate, surprisingly low tannin and acidity for such a young wine, some wood. Difficult to judge where this is going, but certainly not overly extracted or given excessive oak treatment. I think the fruit will really be speaking for itself in this wine. Definitely worth the current price. Drink now, better to hold a few more years to see what will happen.

Are you buying any of the 2018, '19 or '20 of this producer? (Reviews of all 3 look good, with the '19 seeming to be best value).
