February 5, 2022 - A very tasty blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Syrah from Tony Biagi at Hourglass. Flint, spice and black cherry on the nose. Full bodied with tangy plum, blackberry, and cassis on the palate wrapped with nice tannins in the background. Extremently long finish with layers of flavor. My 2019 was young. Would like to try some with a little bottle-aging.
