February 6, 2022 - Light yellow color, ultra mineral on the nose, everybody guessed Bourgogne chardo - Chablis 1er. Well balanced acidity, yellow oxidized apple, just a treat. 94 ++, pnp now or wait 3-5 years but a wonderful chenin blanc
