  February 7, 2022 - From a 375. This wine continues to evolve. It is still very youthful in my mind from the color, palate, and nose. My notes from three years prior are still consistent with tropical fruit, color is slowly shifting to a gold, and viscosity is still what I’d expect from a younger Sauternes. Still would say nothing but time on this one.
