  February 9, 2022 - Still very pleasant but it seems to be in the very early stages of the downhill slope as it is not as complex as the last bottle.
  Slightly off putting alcoholic nose when first poured, that took a few minutes to blow off.
  Fruit has faded and the chocolate notes weren’t there this bottle. Still well balanced but licorice was most noticeable. Also maybe a faint hint of menthol this time.
