  February 11, 2022 - after two hours of air:
  Inviting, fragrant nose of raspberries, hinting at a full wine
  Red fruit of Cabernet Franc dominates in the mouth. Wine is early in its maturity, but is well-accessible now. No doubt that it will gain further character in the next five years.
  Further softened after two more hours of air. Gentle character shows more clearly, with CF 's presence continuing to dominate.
  My first encounter with this blend and it is a pleasant one.
