  November 27, 2021 - Decanted three (3) hours. Medium gold with intense aromas of peach, apricot, lemon curd, pineapple, mango, honey, vanilla and acacia. Lush, richly textured fruit is perfectly balanced by bracing acidity and underlying minerality. Displays elevated viscosity surrounding the palate with long, lingering, lip-smacking finish. Another brilliant effort from Aubert that will undoubtable drink well for many years to come.
