  February 16, 2022 - Fortunately I still have my bottle but was able to have several glasses. Drank over 1 nights and both nights the wine was incredible. Very soft and round in the mouth with brilliant bright flavors. Can't wait to see this evolve. I would guess that it will hit its prime (for my taste profile) in another 3-4 years.
