  February 22, 2009 - 93.5 % Verdelho, 6.5% Chardonnay. Medium yellow in glass. Tight nose of lemongrass, tropical fruit, and spicy toast. Nose follows through on palate but fruit is overwhelmed by an off-tasting acidity. Finish is creamy but short. The acidity seems to overwhelm this wine, but rather than leaving it crisp and light, it's just plain "off". (C-).
