  February 19, 2022 - Pale yellow colour. Dry aroma of pineapple, struck match, melon, peach. On the palate lemon, passion fruit, white peach, maybe some sherbet. Better on day 1, not as big on the fruit flavours on day 2. Medium plus body, long finish, fresh acidity. Definitely more fresh fruit then creamy. Really enjoyed it.
