  March 3, 2022 - Sitting in the bottle getting tangy. Yes, tangy. 14 months since last one. Nice ruby color. Nose detects some hotness, but I must be mental. I did not let it warm up from the cellar. If a noticeable difference in a few hours, I will edit this.
