Community Tasting Note

March 4, 2022 - Our last bottle, and we chose a great time to open it. Drinking beautifully right now. Tannins fully resolved, with suave dark fruit. Some tertiary notes starting to emerge. This will definitely last another 4-5 years, maybe longer.

And we’re sure (as in super sure) that this will be even better in the 10 or even 15 years to come. Possibly, you should be looking for a new case. This wine is simply amazing at it's early-stage-maturity, and to abandon the-early-ship as we are leaving port sounds just …… straaaange.

    This is a great one.
Happy to have this dialogue with you.

3/5/22, 9:45 AM - Thanks for your note. I have two of the 2015 vintage left, and I'll probably let one of those sit for many years to experience what you're talking about. Last night we just got impulsive with our 2013. But I don't regret it. Cheers!
