Out of a half bottle
PNP, this wine is very aromatic. In the glass a garnet and a palate very mature with tertiary flavors. Was a fun wine to contrast the 09 Hourglass with the 18 Blueline Merlot.

3/7/22, 2:03 PM - Assuming 375's age faster than 750's I'd say you'd be safe to open one now to judge how much longer you'd want to hold the others. I bet a 750 might be in the perfect spot with a bit more fruit which would be the ideal spot. Nice fruit with secondary and tertiary flavors. A decent amount of sediment so I don't think I would decant or stand the bottle up and pour right away.
