  March 12, 2022 - Nose of white flowers, ripe apple, pineapple, ginger. Quite complex and powerful aromas. Palate is on the richer side but stays within the bounds of balance between the ripe Cali fruit, the acidity, and the notes from the oak aging. The finish is long, complex, and refreshing. This is really outstanding. Great now, can age.
