Community Tasting Note

March 12, 2022 - A lightly-scented, but interesting nose. Flinty with a bit of lemon/lime zest. I find the nose intriguing and very pleasant, but difficult to describe. (Tatiana says the nose is amazing of butter cream frosting, honeysuckle and pound cake with a hint of wet popsicles stick!) Wow, what an interesting palate. Explosively flavored with lemon lime, star fruit and pear. This is bright and intense and very young. I'd love to taste a bottle in another year or two! Given its lack of developed character, this is definitely a candidate for the cellar. I'm having a hard time describing and rating this. Dosage is quite high. 89+

3/13/22, 3:41 PM - Night 2: this is MUCH better and really shows a chalky minerality and less dosage. Can’t wait for this to mature! 90+
