  March 14, 2022 - Bright, tart cherry fruit. Thankfully the acid mellows a bit as some earthiness kicks in that lasts a long while.
  
  11/11/2023 Cherry and strawberry fruit were pretty bright and tart at first, but mellowed in half an hour or so. Not many secondary notes, but a lasting, earthy finish.
