  March 18, 2022 - Slo-oxed for 15 minutes, chilled. Aromas of citrus - orange and lemon - and minerality. The palate yielded some green apple, peach, lemon/lime, orange and minerality. Only very slightly off dry (a dry Kabinett style). The acidity was searing and slightly more than needed to balance the fruit, which may be a sign of age. I suggest drinking up.
