  March 21, 2022 - Maturing nicely for an 05 with supple fruit and emerging secondary flavors coming together nicely. There are mixed opinions as to whether the wine is ready or till too tight. I think it is in its early drinking window but with some bottle variation where some bottles are still too immature and others are more ready. If you catch one that it is ready, it can be quit a nice experience.
