March 27, 2022 - This is best now with a four hour decant.
Pink candies (thanks KillerJ), vanilla, black cherries, humidor, blueberry compote and black olives. Fine tannins beg for lamb. Nice full mouthfeel and lengthy finish. Day two it's unbelievable.
