March 30, 2022 - looking good on opening with red fruits, firm tannins and some cedar and mint. Looks like a Coonawarra cabernet should. Day 2 and the wine was more integrated, compost leaf, stewed mulberry, and vanilla oak. Nice savoury firm tannins to finish. Enjoyed it so much.
