March 31, 2022 - Lovely mature cabernet offering cedar, spices and plum aromas. Bill suggested a "Best After Dec 2021" consumption date and I need to say, this was spot on! Definitely at it's peak, with refined tannins; this wine can certainly be kept for an additional 3-5 years. There's no rush.
