  April 3, 2022 - Bright tasting with cherries and red fruit, and a nose that matches. Medium tannins and medium-high acidity. Day 2 similar to day 1 with the addition of raspberry. Would make a good summer wine.
  
  Food friendly actually doing very well against rich shrimp and crab cakes, and good with the salmon and potato that followed. On Day 2, did well with spaghetti with meat sauce.
  
  While it was very flexible with different food combinations, I prefer a wine that I can enjoy as a glass before dinner, and this lacked the complexity for that.
