  March 9, 2009 - Golden yellow in glass. Beautiful nose dominated by buttered toast, pear, and hints of citrus and hazlenut. Nose doesn't seem to follow through on the palate. Very crisp and clean with more spice and acidity than fruit. Finish does linger to a soft green apple peal flavor. Even at this price point, probably a pass for me (C).
