April 10, 2022 - The champagne was hitting all of the right notes and all of this wine is all about texture. That's where the hallmark of this wine is texture. I wish I had another bottle to really evaluate it more, but this was shared with eight people and so I didn't really get a great note other than it stood out amongst the other ordinary champagnes in the room.
