  April 10, 2022 - 3 hour decant. Lots of rich fruit yet here, with perhaps the mouvedre taking a nice center focus! Long nice finish with some tannic structure left. However the Rhone funk was prominent an did not blow off significantly. If one can get past the nose and an initial oxidative taste, it is in a really nice place. Paired nicely with pork chop with peach/bourbon glaze.
