  April 12, 2022 - Lafon’s need time and 12 years is just about right. Opened and decanted this at the restaurant. This wine was absolutely a delight tonight with sushi. Kept evolving in the glass. Beautiful white fruited nose and demonstrating beautiful acidity structure and length on the palate. More stony and minerale edge to this vineyard. Superb
