  April 17, 2022 - Explosive nose with crackling pepper and spice notes. Palate is fine, narrow, quite fresh but nice mix of red and blue fruits. Long peppery finish.

  4/18/22, 6:16 AM - It’s an expressive wine now but still has considerable structure to resolve. Just depends on how you like it. We had it with smoked pork ribs and it was perfect.
