10/7/22, 12:24 PM - In my somewhat limited experience with Platt fruit (mostly through Flanagan Platt), i have found it definitely needs a few years of cellar time before popping. I bought three of these and plan to let them sit for a few more years. The notes like your on CT seem to confirm that approach..
Thanks for the write-up found it very helpful. Perhaps we will see the swan emerge from its ugly duckling stage in a couple of years and have a couple of better notes on this one
