  May 4, 2022 - Medium bodied. Beautiful color of garnet. Red fruit nose. Oak not detected although it had new American oak for a year. This wine has a lot of the flavor profile of a Côtes du Rhône. Not a surprised as it is 40% Mourvèdre, 40% Tempranillo and 20% Cabernet. This isn’t exactly a Rhône combo but it has a lot of the elements. It isn’t anything like a blockbuster but a very good everyday wine to enjoy. Aerating it will help. While ordinary, there is nothing to dislike.
