  May 10, 2022 - 50% Carignan, 30% Grenache and 20% Cinsault
  Aged in tank. On schist. Ripe warm and spicy. Red and black fruits. Has the elegance of Faugeres schist wines. The freshness too. Excellent by itself but can be a foodie wine also
