  May 13, 2022 - PnP. Upon initial pour there was the smell of a little funkiness. It blew off in about 15 minutes or so. An hour in a very pleasant offering with soft tannins. Still leads with pepper and toasted oak with deep red fruit, cacao and fairly long finish and touch of smokiness.
