May 14, 2022 - I thought this was delightful as an entry NV Brut Champagne. Did not check the disgorgement date prior to consumption.

Upon popping the cork, one is struck with the scent of a ripe apple orchard in full bloom. Honeysuckle, daffodil, lemon oil, and white flowers complete the bouquet.

Beautiful dry presentation with Macintosh Apple, lemon peel, and some lime pith on he palate. A wonderful vein of steel like minerality courses through the taste. Probably lacks the robust presentation of a NV Bollinger in comparison, but the austerity and grace here keeps the wine interesting.

Great QPR at my sub $40 price point. Would be an excellent choice as a NV house Champagne for both mundane and special occasions.
