  May 14, 2022 - Saturday night wine selection. First sip was underwhelming. Sam says it was watery, I say it was jammy. Awesome nose of red cherries. After letting it breathe for 30 minutes, it mellowed a little, but it’s still pretty pungent. Goes exceptionally well with grapes, crackers, and cheese and it cuts some of the sour/pungent taste.
